Where do we go to obtain our marriage license?
We can deliver the marriage license to you or you can visit our office in Pasadena. (By appointment only)

Rev. Shelly issues California Confidential Marriage license for weddings taking place in Los Angeles County. This means you do not have to go to the "court house" (county clerk)  to obtain the marriage license.

Why should we use your service?
We deliver the marriage license to you. You do not have to wait in line with many people waiting to obtain other vital records or legal documents. With our service you have peace of mind that you will get everything done the same day, and you do not have to worry about traffic, finding parking and unexpected delays.

Do we need to have a blood test, is there a waiting period?
In California, there is no blood test requirement or waiting period.

What type of identification do we need to provide for the marriage license?
One of the following ID's:
- current CA photo identification
- passport from any country

Can we be married the same day we receive the marriage license?
Yes, Rev. Shelly can issue your license and can solemnize your marriage or conduct a civil ceremony the same day.  (By appointment only)
