Terms and Conditions

1. Deposits
• Deposits are not refundable but are transferable to another available date if done prior to one week before the booked date.

• If paid in full, a refund (minus the $100 deposit) will only be issued if canceled prior to one month before the booked date.

• If I cancel and am unable to perform your ceremony all of the money you paid will be refunded.

• The balances of all fees are due one week before the ceremony takes place.

• If you cancel within 48 hours of booked time and do not transfer to another date you will owe for the entire ceremony fee.

2. A gratuity for Officiant is optional and left up to the client.

3. By receiving service from Rev. Shelly you are agreeing to the terms and conditions stated above. If you do not agree to any or all of the terms and conditions please contact Rev. Shelly before filling out the order form.

4. Filling out the order form signifies you agree to the terms and conditions set forth and will serve as a written contract between you and Rev. Shelly Downes. Click here for form.

Deposit ~ $100
I request a $100 retainer to hold the date. This is non-refundable, if cancelled within 30 days of date. This will be applied toward the total balance. The balance must be paid prior to the ceremony.
